Joanna
Joanna Duchesne has over 20 years of experience in overseeing video production and multimedia outputs for NGOs, charities and companies. She co-ran a socially minded film cooperative for seven years, and her focus has always been on projects with a social conscience. She is adept in filming and photography commissioning, directing post-production, including multilingual versioning and podcasts. She has a track record in innovation, founding JDworks in 2020 to bring together a team of professionals providing a full range of production services. Latest projects involve immersive storytelling in multiple languages for a variety of audiences.
As a child, Joanna had a hearing issue, remedied by an operation and speech therapy. This sparked a lifelong fascination with sounds and how people speak. She graduated with a BA Hons in French and Spanish, speaks Polish at home and currently learns Russian.She runs classes to help others speak confidently and her mindful approach can be found here.

Katerina
Katerina Kouzmitcheva is a Belarusian photographer, currently based in Wroclaw, Poland, working at the intersection of genres, documentary and art photography. Katerina obtained her Degree in Business law and worked for a decade in international economic relations. She then graduated from St. Petersburg’s Academy of Photojournalism “Fotografika” with a Masters Degree in Fine Arts at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw, Poland.
Katerina enjoys the art of visual storytelling. She makes pictures that call attention to things that people overlook or don’t want to see. Katerina has taken part in group and solo exhibitions. Publications include Bird in Flight, Monovisions, Dodho, Regnum UA. Katerina likes to share her experience and also works as a teacher of photography.
She speaks Belarusian, Russian, English and Polish.

Juanan
Juanan Eguiguren is an accomplished filmmaker with a Degree in Film from the prestigious International Film School of Wales and an MA in Fine Art from the University of West England, Bristol. Juanan has worked extensively worldwide in diverse cultural landscapes, such as Guatemala, Mexico, Bangladesh, India, Cambodia, Senegal, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone.
During these trips, he has filmed in remote communities for organisations, including Save the Children, the Red Cross, and VSO. Juanan has lent his creative expertise to prominent broadcast television programmes, including "Tarsier Tales" for BBC Worldwide, "Bidding Wars" for Channel 4, "Today at the Caravan Show" for Channel 5, "GT Academy" for Discovery Channel, "Listening Post" for Al Jazeera English, and the documentary series "Artist to Icon," Tom Cruise episode for Ovation (US).
